Every great company begins with a vision. For Silo Execution Group, that vision was born out of my own experience as an active member of my church. As a member of the church’s Consistory, I noticed that many essential projects were frequently discussed but rarely finished. Despite the dedication of our members, our church faced a recurring challenge of limited staff, time, and resources, leading to projects stalling and a growing to-do list.

Recognizing this need, I decided to take action, put my talents to work, and kick my involvement into overdrive. Over six years, I took on and managed multiple projects, from simple property maintenance to a new website to critical infrastructure work. With careful planning, collaboration with trusted contractors, and organizing our internal team members, I found extreme joy in bringing our church’s vision to life. Through this experience, I discovered a deeper passion for taking on projects and seeing them through to completion, however, the ultimate reward was seeing the revived spirit within our church family.

Beyond my church, I’ve spent 20+ years working with manufacturers and noticed that they face similar challenges. One-off projects or out-of-scope corporate objectives often stall due to a lack of time, specialized expertise, or clear direction. Whether it’s rebranding efforts, sales enablement, or special initiatives, many organizations encounter the same issues: ambitious plans but limited capacity to execute them.

This is where Silo Execution Group steps in. I established the company to address these needs, providing dedicated project management and execution services to non-profits, small businesses, manufacturers, and other organizations facing similar obstacles. The name “Silo Execution Group” reflects our approach and mission. Growing up on a local dairy farm, a silo is important to store and protect what’s valuable, and we see ourselves as doing the same for the projects that matter most to our clients.

Our approach is built on years of experience in navigating projects. At Silo Execution Group, no project is too big or too small. We’re committed to helping organizations move from stalled ideas to successful completion, allowing them to focus on what they do best.

If your organization is grappling with unfinished projects, we’re here to help you break down barriers and see your vision through to the end. Let’s take your projects from concept to completion, together.
